try the above site – it’s one of many. Saying you can’t find one with all the meanings (including reversals) is like saying you don’t know how to google – you just go to google.com, enter in the word “tarot” and you can hit nearly 14 million pages of stuff.
And, worse coming to worse, you can always go to your local library and find a book on the meanings as well as different layouts and ways of interpreting the cards.

Is there value in deciphering the tarot’s reverse meanings?
Are these readings relevant? Or should you just turn them over and read them normally? I am studying the reverse meanings of the tarot now, and from what I have learned, it is not always done, and various schools of thought on the tarot do not even decipher reverse meanings. They simply read the card and note it’s applicability according to the position of the card in the spread, what spread is chosen, etc.
I’m just looking for other views.

I don’t use reversals in my readings – the backs of my cards are such that I can tell which way is upright, and I shuffle so they stay upright.
If something does then pop up in reverse, I tend to pay attention to it, because it “shouldn’t be there”.

I don’t generally read reversals. If the card seems ambiguous in its position, then I may consider a reversal interpretation. Sometimes you have to broaden the possible interpretations to find what really fits the person, the position of the card, and the circumstances.

I read reverse meanings and find that it adds depth and versatility to what I see. If I were you, however, I would read by whatever process that you find comfortable and accurate. You might want to try several different methods and layouts and see which speak to you the loudest. Everyone sees and feels things differently, and reading Tarot is a highly personal effort, so citing one process as absolutely superior to another is uninformed.
